“REALISTIC” FAMILIES are our premium models that have several advantages: they are correctly textured, consist of mostly instance materials that allow you to easily create duplicates with different materials (you can choose any material) and they accept patterns and graphic overrides. This particular comes with an extension and a blanket that can easily be turned off with a simple instance parameter. The sofa has instance material parameters assigned, that allow you to easily create copies with different materials, while the blanket has a type material parameter assigned that should be only modified and not changed.
