Modern sofa set as a REALISTIC arquitree family. “REALISTIC” FAMILIES are our premium models that have several advantages: they are correctly textured, consist of mostly instance materials that allow you to easily create duplicates with different materials (you can choose any material) and they accept patterns and graphic overrides. This particular set consists of 2 sofas with different lengths and an armchair. In total you get 5 files with/without blankets/pillows. Blankets and pillows can easily be turned off with a simple instance parameters. The armchair has instance material parameters assigned, that allow you to easily create copies with different materials. Possibility to specify a placeholder in Enscape.
